When swimming, always wear a swim cap to protect your extensions from chlorine and saltwater, which can cause damage. If you do swim without a cap, rinse your hair thoroughly with fresh water and apply a leave-in conditioner immediately after.

To ensure your Maneware Hair Extensions stay beautiful and last as long as possible, proper care is essential. We do not offer return shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if they need to return or exchange their purchase.

We offer a 15-day return policy for unopened and unused extensions in their original packaging.

Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or additional charges. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim.
