Maneware processes orders Monday to Saturday through our online store. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, and orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays will be shipped by the end of the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.

We accept returns on all unused, uninstalled, and unaltered hair extensions within 20 days of the original purchase date. Extensions must have the original seal sticker intact—once the seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

the MANE Seamless Clip-Ins, a tester piece is included to help ensure colour matching before opening the full package. If the tester does not match your desired colour, please refrain from opening the rest of the package. Opened clip-in packages are non-refundable.

If returning clip-ins, all pieces—including the tester—must be included for a return to be accepted.
